When you submit a booking enquiry, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, email address, phone number, event details, and any message you include.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange your booking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See the Third-party services section below for details of the email delivery service we use.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as legally required for accounting and correspondence purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email davidpeacemagic@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC) at dataprotection.ie.
Data security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely on our hosting server.
Third-party services
We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) for email communication. Personal data you provide may be passed to Brevo to deliver booking confirmations, enquiry notifications, and any follow-up correspondence related to your booking. Brevo does not use your data for their own marketing purposes. See Brevo's Privacy Policy for details of how they handle data.
We may also use Brevo to manage a mailing list. If you choose to sign up, your email address will be held in Brevo and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
